4x10s, 7:30A-6:00P - The department is staffed M-F and client can flexible on the day off but need someone every Wednesday.
Call hours are M-F 6p-11p and Sat/Sun 7a-11p.
Minimum of 2 years IR experience* in a mid-large facility.
5 patient bays
This experience should include scrubbing and circulating. *Able to function independently Proficient in: A-grams
AV fistulograms
Ports
PICC lines
HD caths
Kyphoplast...
