About the Program

The Future Ready Initiative is the Council for Canada’s flagship service delivery organization to prepare the Jamat for the future with the goal of improving quality of life through:
  • Providing personalized family development plans tailored to individuals and families’ goals and aspirations. 
  • Providing wraparound crisis and case management services
  • Providing a myriad of livelihoods services to catapult the Jamat’s quality of life 
  • Accessing specially curated programs and services through external partnerships at scale across the country
