Qualifications and Standards

• Preferably College or high school diploma
• Height must be 5'3
• Basic computer literate
• Active listening and good communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Can work multitasking and with the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest feels cared for, valued and respected
• Escort customers to accommodations
• Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Direct and instruct the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive
