Job Description
We are hiring Locum Healthcare Assistants to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.
Job Scope- Participate in selected in‑service training programmes related to skills and knowledge upgrading.
- Personal Care: Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Monitoring Health: Observing and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Notifying the nurse or doctor about any changes in the resident's condition.
- Supportive Tasks: Helping with mobility, transferring patients from bed to wheelchair, and providing comfort.
- Assisting with Therapy: Supporting residents during physical therapy or rehabilitation exercises.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records for care plans, daily observations, and activities.
