Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all lodge facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Maintain open communication with all departments, as well as regularly update management on guest feedback and operational issues.
• Spearhead recruiting, training, and supervising lodge staff across various departments.

Job Requirement

• 5 years supervisory level and proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a lodge or resort setting.
