- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries
- Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution
- Liaise with production, sales and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs
