Verified customer shipping requirements and selected appropriate delivery methods based on their preferences.
Processed sales orders and billing entries in the ERP system, ensuring timely execution and proper supporting documentation.
Maintained and updated records in Excel, sharing key information with the operations team for coordination.
Cross-checked packing lists against Shipment Management System (SMS) records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Performed ERP transactions including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and stock transfers.
Conducted weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts, updating results in the ERP system.
