Job Purpose

The Logistics Analyst supports procurement and logistics operations through data tracking, cost analysis, vendor coordination, and process improvement, helping ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate and support procurement activities throughout the purchasing lifecycle
  • Enter, track, and maintain procurement and logistics-related documentation and records
  • Audit purchase orders to ensure accurate pricing, freight charges, delivery dates, and required approvals
  • Track, analyze, and report freight costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Identify discrepancies in orders, pricing, or shipments and resolve issues proactively
  • Initiate and manage vendor claims in coordination with the procurement team
