Responsibilities
- Coordinate the final movement of cleared goods with transportation companies and warehouses.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their shipments.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide professional responses.
- Perform general administrative duties (e.g., answering calls, managing emails, data encoding).
- Assist the team in preparing reports and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a customer service, logistics coordination, or admin role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Can work with minimal supervision and is a great team player.
