Job Description
Kelly Services is currently seeking a **_Logistics Coordinator_** for our client located in Cambridge, ON in their transportation operations team on a 6-month temporary basis, with the potential for extension. This role is ideal for someone with transportation, logistics, or dispatch coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: this is a floater position, meaning that this schedule would pertain the following:
Friday and Saturday 1:30PM-10:00PM + Additional shifts for coverage (40 hrs per week) (OT paid after 44 hours/week, unless approved by Manager) , 30-min unpaid lunch
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Input and retrieve load data within internal systems
+ Review load information and assess ability to complete shipments based on fleet and carrier availability
+ Communicate with internal teams, drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
