Flexsource are currently recruiting a new roles for our Client, a Leading Supplier and Distributor of Construction Products, based South County Dublin.
Due to Continued Growth, our Client requires Logistics Coordinators to join their expanding team, to help and manage the Coordination and Distribution of their products nationwide.

The ideal candidate for this role will be required to:
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and resolve any supplier queries relating to invoicing
Process order confirmations and proactively follow up on outstanding confirmations
Act as the main point of contact for supplier queries relating to delivery dates and delivery addresses
Produce and maintain delivery schedules, highlighting any issues or delays to the Logistics Manager / Account Manager
Ensure all requested delivery dates are confirmed and kept up to date across all orders
