Job Description

This role supports daily logistics and warehouse operations for vehicle shipments. The Customer Service Coordinator manages inventory records, shipment documentation, transport arrangements, customer communication, billing checks, and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) records for inbound/outbound shipments, imports/exports, inventory, and car movements. Coordinate daily transportation, deliveries, collections, and event logistics with customers and operations teams. Prepare and manage shipment documents, permits, checklists, and defect reports. Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure records match physical stock and location plans. Communicate shipment defects or issues to customers and arrange follow-up actions when needed.
