Job :
Manage and coordinate all national and international logistics flows.
Oversee import and export operations in compliance with current regulations.
Prepare, check, and track import-export documents (invoices, B/L, certificates, customs documents).
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
Ensure customer order follow-up from order placement to final delivery.
Inform customers about shipment progress and handle any potential complaints.
Optimize logistics costs, deadlines, and performance.
Implement tracking indicators and carry out regular reporting.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree / Master's degree (Bac+3 / Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or transport.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
