Job Description

The Goods Inwards Operator is responsible in ensuring timely unloading of vehicles and storing the Items in the appropriate area whilst entering them in correctly on the system. They are also responsible for the flow of goods & scrap materials around site ensuring appropriate storage, spreadsheet & SAP transactions are happening.

Off Loading of vehicles at the relevant unloading doorEnsuring vehicles are unloaded in a timely mannerInspection of goods arriving to ensure they are in good conditionChecking documentation to ensure details and quantities are correctAwareness of due list to ensure any preparation required has happened ready for the incoming deliveryAll documentation is signed and put away in good order
Booking deliveries into SAPEnsure all correct transactions are being usedEnsure all data is being added accurately
