Position Summary: 
The Logistics Specialist II provides support for daily Logistics tasks to help facilitate the move of product both inbound and outbound. This includes providing service/support in working with both our Internal and External customers. This role will also be responsible for handling many areas within Logistics such as daily routings, tracking and tracing, quoting, reporting. This will help to provide Logistics Management in delivering safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth performance levels. Support the Logistics Team to execute strategies, support operation excellence, and Regal’s growth and innovation needs.
Major Responsibilities:
Drives continuous improvement initiatives within department
Support Regal Rexnord with weekly freight consolidations.
Support the team with tracking and tracing information.
Supplies tracking and reporting of Carrier Billing Accuracy through Monthly KPI’s
