Managing order delivery activity: ensuring daily monitoring of delivery flows and ensuring deadlines are met.
Adapting resources and means: planning and adjusting staff and vehicles according to operational needs and volumes.
Implementing and monitoring KPIs: defining, analyzing, and monitoring last mile performance indicators (deadlines, success rate, customer satisfaction, costs).
Managing specific flows: supervising the delivery process, from payment to delivery, and managing returns to the store.
