- Strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics
- Enforce and ensure workers comply with safety standards and SOPs
- Attend and conduct necessary investigation and inspections for all accidents and infringements
- Resolve all operational issues and report rectification to management
- Prepare and attend weekly safety and operations meetings and reviews
- Minimum Diploma ,Degree or equivalent
- Possess Class 3/4 driving license is an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and multi tasking skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work under stress and meet tight timeline
- Able to perform overtime when necessary
- Able to work on rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary
- Proficient in MS Office ...
