Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for leading teams and keeping operations running like clockwork? Our client is looking for a Team Leader to take full ownership of the Proteins division within their Logistics Department, based in Koelenhof, Stellenbosch.
About the role Reporting to the Logistics Manager – Execution and Process Optimisation, you'll oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative functions of the team. This is a hands‑on leadership position covering everything from vessel planning and inventory management to invoicing, compliance reporting, and client communication.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily financial and administrative processes, including invoicing, cost reconciliation, and cash forecasting
Plan and coordinate vessel shipments for imports and exports, liaising with silos, terminals, and transport providers
