Loss Prevention Lead

In search of a District Loss Prevention Lead to support Nike stores across the Mexico marketplace.
This person will leverage their industry expertise to develop and deliver risk-based and segmented loss prevention strategies to best protect Nike's varied athletes, consumers and stores throughout Mexico.
**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON**
- Lead Nike's incident response efforts to best protect Nike, our Athletes and Consumers.
- At all times ensure team safety and fleet security standards are met.
- Maintain and execute contingency plans for incidents that could impact Nike, our Athletes and Consumers.
- Secure Nike's fleet through integrated strategies involving physical infrastructure, technology, and personnel.
- Develop and implement processes that enhance overall safety, security, and profitability.
- Identify and investigate incidents related to financial loss, employee safety, and legal risk.
