Summary

The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while delivering exceptional client service. Serves as a brand ambassador and first point of contact in store and supports sales and store operations. Responsible for security systems, incident response, back‑of‑house controls, and opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees and deter theft.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to support sales and elevate the in‑store client experience.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to report missing assets and respond to emergency situations.
  • Perform daily security inspections, equipment and alarm tests, key access controls, and incident reporting.
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back‑of‑house operations.
