Job Description

**SUMMARY**:
- leading marketing organization in the Car Care industry. The Loyalty Marketing Specialist oversees multiple operational projects for AutoZone Rewards. Works closely with IT, Merchandise Marketing, and Store Operations teams to ensure operational excellence, ongoing communication, and cross-functional support of the AutoZone Rewards program across all channels. This position will also be responsible for the process management and flawless execution of all promotional loyalty offers, to include monitoring their effectiveness and use. The position is on the AutoZone Rewards team and reports to the Marketing Manager, Loyalty.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop process improvement loop for AutoZone Rewards by working cross-functionally with IT, Marketing Technology, Digital Experience teams, Store Operations, Customer Service, and more.
