+ Provide individualized, in-home nursing care
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
+ Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
+ Assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan
+ Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
What We’re Looking For:
+ Active LPN license (state required)
+ Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
+ Comfortable working independently in a home setting
