[LTA-DPO] EXECUTIVE ENGINEER / ENGINEER (BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS)

As part of the Business Requirements team, you will analyse and establish the users’ requirements for the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system used by commuters and public transport operators of buses and MRT/LRT.

With the implementation of Account‑Based Ticketing allowing commuters to pay for public transport fares using credit and debit cards, you will understand how the new payment modes are implemented at the bus and rail ticketing systems and have many opportunities to put in place requirements to fulfil more and evolving user needs.

You will work with various stakeholders from within and outside the organization to deliberate on and rationalise business and operational needs, turning them into feasible and sustainable requirements for the system.
