Job Description
PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR/ LAND EXECUTIVE, LAND
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects.
- Advise on land-related matters, budgeting and ensure alignment with regulatory policies and development guidelines.
- Utilize Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.
- Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies to resolve land-related matters.
- Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with AutoCAD/Microstation software
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data analysis will be an advantage.
