[LTA-PT] MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER, SINGAPORE BUS ACADEMY

Manage and support the Singapore Bus Academy (SGBA) to develop, deliver, and oversee bus curriculum and training operations.

• Create and revise curriculum for new and existing courses under the Skills Framework for the public bus industry.
• Conduct centralised training and assessment for bus employees from all public bus operators.
• Manage training operations, including fee setting, budgeting, documentation, and project management.
• Coordinate with LTA divisions and external stakeholders such as public transport operators, higher learning institutes, SkillsFuture Singapore, and external service providers/vendors.

• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) required.
