Job Description
We are seeking a highly disciplined and logically-minded Trucking Operation Executive to join our team. You will be the nerve center of our operations, ensuring that Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and inter-state movements are executed with maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Oversee daily trucking operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning for local and inter-state deliveries.
- Load Optimization: Utilize common sense in cargo arrangement, ensuring furthest drop points are loaded at the front and nearest drops at the back.
- Driver Supervision: Lead and discipline drivers and subcontractors, monitor performance via the Points (PTS) System, and ensure compliance with safety standards and Truck Safety Inspections (TSI).
- Cost Control: Optimize routes to reduce fuel consumption and toll charges, monitor trip expenses and fleet utilization to support company profitability.
