Lunchroom Supervisor & Student Behavior Lead

Burton-Upon-Stather Primary Academy is looking for a dedicated staff member to manage the dining hall and ensure discipline among pupils during lunch. You will be responsible for upholding good manners and reporting any unruly behavior to the Headteacher.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of behavior management policies and be able to work cooperatively with academy staff. First aid experience is also essential for dealing with any incidents that may arise.
