Luxury Sommelier: Lead Pairings & Premiere Service

The Pacha Group in Ibiza is seeking an experienced Sommelier to oversee our beverage service and maintain a premium selection of wines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Sommelier experience in a luxury hotel environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sophisticated knowledge of wines and wine-making techniques.

This role involves training staff, developing wine pairings, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while adhering to industry regulations. A legal right to work in Europe and accommodation on the island are required.
