Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the beauty or wellness industry, exceptional leadership skills, and hands-on experience in sales and customer service. This role focuses on providing outstanding client experiences. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree related to hospitality or business administration and a certification in spa management is a plus. Willingness to be trained in San Juan and later assigned to Zamboanga is required.
