The role involves handling spa reservation enquiries with professionalism, managing the booking system, and providing guidance on treatments and promotions. Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is preferred, along with essential reservations experience. The successful candidate will also assist the Spa Manager and support the Front Desk team as required.
