The Role

This role involves a hands-on approach to all aspects of corporate transactions, from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to investments and joint ventures. You'll leverage financial modeling and valuation techniques to assess companies and markets. Research skills are key as you analyze potential targets and prepare compelling proposals for management. Due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation are also part of the process, ensuring transactions run smoothly. Fundraising support, both for equity and debt, strengthens your contribution. Beyond deal execution, you'll collaborate with management to craft long-term strategies and actively support portfolio companies.
