Role Overview

We are seeking an M&A / Due Diligence Associate to support transaction advisory and financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

This role offers excellent exposure to deal execution, financial analysis, and client‑facing advisory work within a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
• Analyze financial statements, profitability, and operational performance
• Conduct financial and market research to support transaction decisions
• Prepare due diligence reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
