Job Description

• The role requires travelling on the Swiss territory.
• Execute the organisation's M&A strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration.
• Support post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies.
• Deal Execution & Negotiation: Coordinate end-to-end transaction process: financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Integration & Synergy Realisation: Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison with external advisors (DD, legal counsel, aud...
