Job Description
The Apple Mac Support Specialist provides expert technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for macOS devices in a corporate or enterprise environment. This role ensures seamless integration, security, and performance of Apple hardware and software, supporting end-users and collaborating with IT teams to maintain device lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site deskside support for Windows 11/MacOS computers and related hardware.
- Assist with iPhone enrollment and management using Microsoft Intune.
- Manage Mac deployment via MDM tools (JAMF, or Intune).
- Troubleshoot Apple-specific applications (e.g., Apple Business Manager, MDM issues).
- Create, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support processes.
- Plan and execute Mac refresh cycles and tech refresh programs.
- Ensure Mac integration with corporate systems (Active Directory, SSO, VPN, printers)...
