**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
This position involves hands-on experience with precision CNC machining equipment and peripheral automation. The role includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair CNC turning and milling machines, as well as manual manufacturing machines.
+ Support plant infrastructure repairs, including heating, ventilation, lighting, compressors, motors, and other mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
+ Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning and inspection of company equipment based on work orders generated by the company's CMMS.
+ Use technical documents and OEM equipment manuals to identify equipment failures and order replacement parts as needed.
+ Assist in alignments of CNC spindles, turrets, and tail stocks.
