Position Summary

General services in the areas of: balancing, performance testing, hydrostatic testing, assembly, painting, coupling and machining.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform general services supporting all areas as needed.
• Balancing: performing balancing, removing burrs, issuing reports.
• Performance testing: performing setup preparation, support during testing, assembling parts for TH.
• Assembly: cleaning parts, preparing for assembly, pre-assembly of dry assemblies.
• Painting: performing washing, preparation for painting.
• Machining: counterboring and deburring rotors.
• Coupling: preparing pumps for coupling with movement, creating nameplates, pre-assembly.
• Reading, interpreting and using bills of materials and/or work orders in all activities.
• Performing self-inspection of the work performed.
