The salary range for this position is CAD $40.38/Hr. - CAD $40.38/Hr.

Job Summary

Performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the installation, movement, maintenance, fabrication/construction and repair of hospital equipment using tools and equipment such as lathes, drill presses, cutters, electric arc and gas welders, grinders, drills, rigging, and a variety of hand tools.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Two years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Certificate of Apprenticeship or Trades Qualification Certificate as a journeyman Machinist or Millwright recognized by the Province of British Columbia.

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
