NTT DATA is seeking a Remote Magento Support Engineer focused on Adobe Commerce. You'll provide essential application support and solve technical challenges across global eCommerce systems.
As a key member of the support team, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience in Magento and strong PHP skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your impact will be felt in system performance, incident management, and integration support for Adobe Commerce users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve performance tuning issues
• Manage incidents and apply configuration fixes
• Support integrations with ERP and payment gateways
