Should be AI aware / GitHub Copilot/ VSCode

Designer skills

Should be able to independently analyze IMS Segments, create detailed design, lead junior developer, participate end to end field mapping, develop/ unit test and deploy code

DB2

Great understanding of DB2 objects and processing. Should be able to independently analyze DB2 objects.

Soft skill

This person will be placed in a pod with no major mainframe experience hence person should be able to learn independently.

Candidate should be a good problem solver with good ability to adapt & learn.
