Job Description
Overview Responsible for designing and maintaining the operating environment that powers the Firm’s z-platform computing infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, performance, and scalability to meet evolving business needs.
Key Skills
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Hands‑on expertise in z/OS internals
Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with catalog management
Proven troubleshooting skills, especially in high‑pressure production outage scenarios
Proficiency in USS/OMVS
Experience with z/OS and ISV software installations
Advanced testing capabilities (designing tests for functionality, robustness, and performance)
Solid understanding of HCD and hardware configuration
Programming experience in REXX
Availability for weekend support and on‑call rotation
Familiarity with modern z/OS technologies such as zOSMF, REST APIs, Kafka, Ansible, Python (preferred)<...
