Maintenance Assistant

Repairs & Maintenance Assistant We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual to join our Maintenance Team. This is a short term role to support the delivery of a high-quality repairs and maintenance service for tenants. The role will last around 4 weeks and would be to start ASAP. Working closely with customers, contractors and internal colleagues, you will play a key role in coordinating repairs, monitoring performance, maintaining compliance records and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
