Rat of Pay / Hours: £13.21 / 40 hours

Type of Contract: Permanent position

Location: Malmaison Manchester

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property, upkeep its facilities and manage the maintenance team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met.
• Complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things.
• Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety.

Qualifications

• Organised, an excellent communicator, and a hands‑on individual with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working in a maintenance department of a hotel of similar quality is required; knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial.
