Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
Perform on‑call emergency maintenance
Maintain vacant suites and perform touch‑ups per established quality standards
Maintain general common area and building maintenance duties
Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and reporting
