Maintenance Coordinator - Process

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the daily follow-up of maintenance activities for process and operations.
- The position, in collaboration with relevant offshore disciplines, management and support team, will facilitate the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work.
- Plan, optimize and follow-up on assigned maintenance jobs, including procurement of materials and services
- Ensure quality in work order planning, including campaign and supplier maintenance for relevant equipment
- Support maintenance teams both internal and external to ensure timely repairs of equipment and facilities
- Quality assurance of work orders in dialogue and collaboration with offshore executing discipline
- Collaborate with the technical discipline responsible and other relevant stakeholders regarding changes to the PM programme and planning of larger complex maintenance jobs
