Job Description
Position: Resident Maintenance Electrician
Location: Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire
Type: Permanent
Salary: £38,394
We are recruiting for a resident maintenance electrician based in the Cumbernauld area covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate. Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm plus on-call rota (TBC)
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
AM2 or 2391
Excellent client facing skills
