Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary

Maintain physical plant and equipment to ensure 100% production up‑time. Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and ensure the robustness of production equipment. Ensure safety of all manufacturing equipment and facilities in the plant.

Required Education And Experience

• Electrical certificate required
• 3‑shift rotation required; rotating every 2 weeks
• Thorough knowledge of blue‑print reading and interpretation
• Possess good mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• PLC programming / training a definite asset
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC

• Plan, layout, install and repair complex wiring circuits and distribution systems to the applicable codes
