Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering Central London.
As a Maintenance Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.
If you are Mechanically / AC Biased, tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHU’s, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs
If you are Electrical Biased, tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
