Role: Maintenance Engineer - Nights
Location: Market Deeping
Salary: £53,000
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm – 6am

Our client has recently opened a brand‑new facility in Market Deeping and is looking for a multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the night shift team. You will be entrusted with continuous improvement of our equipment and will operate autonomously to keep production running without constant managerial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
• Work independently on nights to keep production running smoothly.
• Strip, repair, and rebuild machinery when required.
• Support machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
