Maintenance Engineer - Poole, Dorset

Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 plus bonus.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, plenty of overtime, 1 weekend in 4 with time off in the week.

Role & Responsibilities

• Respond to machine breakdowns with a view to minimising downtime and improving long term machine reliability.
• Execute the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer's plan to work preventatively in addition to reactively.
• Use appropriate root cause analysis tools and 5S.
• Actively support a culture of Continuous Improvement, looking at ways to engineer out persistent problems.
