**Your impact**- Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
- Maintain uptime of critical production equipment such as robotics, CNC machines, PLCs, conveyors, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
